Dustin Smith established Southeast Texas Pumps with John Burgess and serves as Co-Owner and CEO. With over 25 years of experience, he specializes in process industry operation. He is a chemical engineering graduate of Texas A&M University, and a licensed professional engineer in Texas. His deep industry knowledge of fluid transport and industrial equipment design and operation brings deep expertise to Smith and Burgess Fabrication.

Senior Account Manager
Andy is an Account Manager with over 20 years dedicated to helping businesses with their mechanical needs, with a special focus on the pump and motor industry. His passion lies in understanding what his customers need and providing them with tailored repair and solution strategies that keep their operations running smoothly. Andy is all about building strong, lasting relationships by being a reliable partner. Oscar Ramirez Jr.
Director of Operations
Oscar Ramirez Jr. is our director of operations at Southeast Texas Pumps. He has over 10 years of experience in the oil, gas, energy, and water industries. He possesses extensive field and shop machining knowledge. Previously, he served as a field supervisor for the Gulf Coast region with an OEM pump company for over 12 years, where he managed a team of technicians and coordinated on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance services. His strong technical background and customer-oriented approach have earned him a reputation for excellence in service delivery.
